What’s a motto with you?

We know that store policies can sometimes be confusing and intentionally misleading, full of hard to read terms and conditions that can be intimidating and difficult to decipher. At Shugarplum, we simply want to DO THE RIGHT THING. We don’t want to cheat or be cheated, simple as that. With that in mind, we have implemented a few simple guidelines regarding shipping, returns, exchanges and damaged goods. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. We don’t see, sell, or redistribute your information.  Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We do not spam!

Payment Policies

We accept Paypal payments.  If you chose to pay with an e-check via Paypal, please note that your package will be delayed until payment clears.

Shipping Policies

There is currently a flat-rate fee of $4.99 on all items for USPS shipping to anywhere in the USA. This fee is subject to change in the future, but we aim to provide cost-efficient shipping and handling fees. All orders will be shipped upon payment receipt via USPS. Tracking confirmation will be provided via email.  Rush delivery not available at this time. Orders are shipped typically within 2-5 days of purchase with the exception of holidays, illness, or other unforeseen circumstance such as extreme weather.
